Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during your shift
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding food service and hospitality
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Conduct interviews and assist in hiring recent team members to build a strong, capable staff
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and facilitate training on food industry best practices




Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health standards

Qualifications
Proven supervising or team management experience in a quick food or restaurant setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles is highly desirable
Ability to lead a team effectively, including interviewing and training new staff
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper kitchen procedures
Previous experience with cash handling and operating POS systems like Micros is preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate others under pressure
Additional experience in bartending, hotel service, barista work, or hospitality can be an asset

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
