• Previous housekeeping experience is required.
• Valuable understanding of chemical and equipment use.

• Robust customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
• Ability to read/write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• High standard of hygiene/cleanliness; empathy for seniors.
