What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be much more than someone who sells cars. You’ll help customers find the right vehicle for their life, needs and budget.

You'll:
Welcome customers and make them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in
Guide them through the buying process without the high-pressure sales pitch
Learn what they actually need and help match them with the right vehicle
Become a product expert who can confidently explain features, technology and options
Follow up with leads and turn conversations into appointments
Build relationships that continue long after the vehicle leaves the lot
Stay on top of our inventory, promotions and recent products




Use social media creatively and professionally to build your personal brand, showcase inventory and generate recent customers

Who We’re Looking For

You’re outgoing, motivated and genuinely enjoy working with people.

You bring:
Sales experience and a drive to succeed
Robust communication and people skills
A customer-first attitude
Self-motivation and the ability to work toward goals
Confidence using social media to market yourself and generate business
A valid Ontario driver's licence and clean driving record
OMVIC certification,

The Details

This is a full-time, in-person, commission-based position at CarHub Caledon Chrysler.

Saturdays are part of the automotive world — and part of this role.

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Ontario.
