Automotive Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
Work with both prime and non-prime customers to secure financing solutions that meet their needs.
Engage with customers to understand their financial goals, vehicle preferences, and budget.
Guide customers through the financing process while delivering exceptional customer service.
Negotiate pricing, financing terms, and trade-in values to successfully close deals.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective customers.
Recommend and upsell finance products, warranties, and protection packages that add value to the customer's purchase.
Build trust by educating customers and helping them improve their financing options through responsible lending solutions.
Serve as a knowledgeable "credit expert," helping customers understand their credit profile and explore financing opportunities.

Qualifications
Experience in automotive finance, F&I;, automotive sales, or a related sales environment is preferred.




Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Knowledge of prime and non-prime lending is an asset.
