Job Overview

We are seeking a Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join a customization and production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality customized materials while maintaining accuracy, quality, and production timelines.

Responsibilities
Perform laser cutting operations using industrial laser cutting equipment to cut letters, numbers, and other materials.
Select the appropriate cutting programs and fixtures.
Establish proper stop locations and adjust the laser beam focal point as required.
Set up equipment properly for all cutting operations.
Perform routine and prescribed equipment maintenance.
Conduct dimensional inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to a supervisor.
Complete production orders within required timelines.
Perform other production-related duties as required.

Shift

Full time Night Shift
Monday to Friday:



11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
Minimum 1 year of laser operator experience.
Experience with CAD cutting programs and CorelDRAW.
Ability to read and write English fluently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications.
Good time-management skills and ability to meet production deadlines.
Ability to perform quality inspections and identify defects.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Sports background or knowledge is considered an asset.
