Job Summary

Duties
Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.
Develop and implement business development strategies to attract current guests and retain loyal customers.
Manage project initiatives aimed at process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise staff performance, provide coaching, conduct training sessions, and promote a positive work environment.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends,



and adjust operational tactics accordingly to maximize revenue.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations and maintain high standards of service.

Experience
Proven leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management with a solid track record of supervising teams effectively.
Demonstrated success in sales growth and business development within a customer-focused setting.
Experience in project management, process improvement initiatives, and implementing operational strategies.
Strong skills in supervising staff, managing multiple priorities, and fostering teamwork.
Knowledge of industry best practices related to service quality, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
