Job Overview:

We are looking to hire a customer service representative to join our team! Mr Tubbs Ice Cream is a one-of-a-kind business that is both a family-friendly ice cream parlor and arcade zone. Mr Tubbs has been in operation for around 40 years (give or take) and was family owned and operated for most of that time as well. For the last 8 or 9 years, it has been run and operated by a lovely couple from China who has made several updates to the arcade zone, but has still kept much of the stores menu and services the same. This store draws in many families to the business, including a lot of regular customers and multi-generations of families who have been coming to Mr Tubbs for years.

We are looking to hire someone who is able to work part-time and can start at any time. The business is open from 11-9pm daily and is open year-round with very few holiday closures.
