We are seeking a General Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and maintenance, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
Perform various semi-skilled tasks including installation, operation, maintenance and repair of building equipment and in general maintenance of the building (ie. plumbing, drywall, painting, etc.)
Perform general grounds-keeping duties such as landscaping, snow removal, snow/salt building entrances and sidewalks, keep building entrances clean, collect garbage/recycling
Respond to customer service requests in a skilled and timely manner

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Peterborough, ON K9J 7P7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)
