Lead impactful WASH programs across Asia with CAWST. As a Senior Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives while ensuring sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene solutions. This full time, on-site role in Calgary, Alberta focuses on advancing CAWST's mission in regional service delivery and partner engagement.

With over ten years of experience in WASH programs, you will lead a dynamic team, enhance training partnerships, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Your leadership will empower local organizations and contribute to a sustainable future in Asia. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a regional strategy aligned with CAWST's vision
- Lead, coach, and develop the Asia WASH Services team
- Oversee WASH training, consulting,



and support throughout the region
- Strengthen capacity of Training Partners for independent service delivery
- Build relationships with diverse stakeholders for greater impact

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in relevant discipline
- 10+ years of WASH program implementation experience
- 3+ years in team management roles
- Capacity development and training experience
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus
