In this role, you will leverage 12-15 years in IT infrastructure with at least 5 years in management. Your primary focus will be to oversee backups, virtualization, and secure operations while managing vendor relationships and establishing operational strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee global engineering team for 24/7 operational support
- Own ITIL procedures, patch cycles, and performance metrics
- Manage the Wintel infrastructure budget and CAPEX/OPEX




- Foster strategic vendor relationships and evaluate contracts
- Collaborate with IT teams for enterprise-wide capability development

Requirements:

- University degree in Information Technology
- 12-15+ years in IT infrastructure/architecture, 5+ years in management
- Expertise in Windows Server, VMware, Azure, and cloud security
- Robust troubleshooting and project planning skills
- Bilingual in English and French for effective communication
