We are seeking Senior Specialty Solutions Underwriters to elevate impact within a dynamic, growth-focused team—bringing innovative perspectives, advancing expertise, and strengthening Intact’s network of Speciality Solution professionals.

These permanent, full time hybrid roles are open across all offices nationally in Canada. Accept, reject, endorse,



renew or cancel policies following Intact underwriting guidelines and procedures, applicable laws and regulations and subject to authority level as specified by underwriting manager. Develop business opportunities and long-term meaningful relationships with our broker partners by providing legendary service.

Minimum 5 years experience in Specialty Lines underwriting including but not limited to Corporate, Financial, Construction, Technology and Entertainment, Liability, Energy, Property, Agriculture, Transportation and/or Business Development. Solutions-oriented with proven analytical approach, sound judgment, and effective complex risk management driving profitable growth. Builds professional, long-term relationships with brokers, customers, and internal partners.

Managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining quality under pressure.
