- Profile citing recent REST APIs with no demonstrated experience in SOAP or WCF services.
- Architect or Tech Lead profile with no demonstrated hands-on coding in recent engagements.
- Profile whose CI/CD experience relies solely on other tooling, with no demonstrated Azure DevOps.
- Profile with 10 years in IT overall but fewer than 10 years in a comparable development role.
