In this role, you will assist with the recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers, playing a vital part in Sagesse's mission to combat domestic abuse and foster community safety. The position requires excellent communication skills and solid organizational abilities, as well as a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Your engagement will help create impactful volunteer experiences for those dedicated to Sagesse's cause.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support volunteer standards, policies, and procedures implementation
• Oversee volunteer screening, onboarding, and ongoing support




• Report on monthly volunteer activities and statistics
• Maintain volunteer filing systems and documentation
• Collaborate with the Program team to identify support gaps

Requirements:
• Degree in social work or related field preferred
• Experience in administrative and logistical support
• Strong relationship-building skills with volunteers
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
