Responsibilities Teach safe, effective and engaging Pilates sessions appropriate to the clients and class level
Provide clear instruction, cueing and appropriate modifications
Observe clients closely and adjust exercises when needed
Maintain the principles and integrity of the Pilates method while adapting appropriately for individual bodies
Create thoughtful, progressive classes rather than simply leading clients through exercises
Build positive relationships with clients and contribute to a welcoming studio community
Begin and end classes on time and arrive prepared to teach
Maintain a clean, organized and professional teaching environment
Communicate professionally with clients, teachers and front desk staff
Participate in ongoing learning and professional development
Represent Evolution’s commitment to integrity, education and care
