McKenzieHCR seeks a hands-on Maintenance Manager/Handyman to oversee building systems and grounds in a senior living facility. You will implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program to keep the home secure, accessible, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors.
Reporting to the Site Leader, you will manage work orders, coordinate quotes, and collaborate with vendors to deliver high-quality service while supporting winter maintenance and fire safety initiatives.
