Production & Assembly Worker - Skilled Labour

Are you comfortable using hand and power tools? Have experience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, manufacturing, framing, roofing, or another skilled trade?
We're looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join a growing production team that manufactures large structural wood components used in major commercial and industrial construction projects throughout North America.
In this role, you'll work with a variety of tools and equipment to cut, assemble, measure, sand, and fabricate high-quality wood products in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do
Measure, mark, and lay out materials using tape measures and production drawings
Cut wood products using saws and other fabrication equipment
Operate drills, nail guns, impact drivers, sanders, and various hand tools
Assemble structural wood components according to specifications and blueprints
Install hardware, fasteners, and connectors
Sand, finish, and prepare products for shipment
Package completed products for delivery
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and fabrication drawings
Assist with material handling and inventory movement
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Experience using hand and power tools in a professional setting
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
Comfortable operating saws, drills, nail guns, and related equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
CSA-approved steel-toe work boots
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Ideal Backgrounds

Carpentry or framing
Cabinet making and installation
Woodworking or millwork
Construction labour
Roofing and siding
Manufacturing and production assembly
Furniture building
Landscape construction
Any hands-on trade involving regular use of power tools

Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings
Experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing facility
Experience operating woodworking equipment or production machinery

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
