This temporary position demands strong commitment during 12-hour shifts, including both day and night rotations. You will operate plant equipment, execute troubleshooting, and manage safety protocols while contributing to vital climate change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain plant equipment effectively
• Complete daily work permits and safety checks




• Participate actively in test campaigns and production activities
• Conduct inspections and audits regularly
• Support maintenance team and coordinate contractor activities

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of plant operations experience is preferred
• Chemical Technology or Engineering Diploma is an asset
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Mechanical inclination for hands-on plant operations
• Must adapt to changing priorities and tasks
