Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor who can lead engaging, well-structured Barre Pilates group classes. The ideal instructor is confident working with clients of different experience levels and can create a class that is both challenging and approachable. This is an opportunity to join a boutique studio where instructors are expected to provide attentive, professional instruction and create a positive experience for every client.
Responsibilities Teach scheduled Barre Pilates group classes
Provide transparent, precise demonstrations and verbal instruction
Offer appropriate modifications and progressions for different ability levels
Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming class environment
Observe clients throughout class and provide corrections when appropriate
Communicate professionally with clients and studio management
Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes




Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the teaching area
Follow studio policies and class procedures
Qualifications Recognized Pilates, Barre, or related movement certification
Previous experience teaching Barre or Pilates group classes
Strong understanding of movement, alignment, and safe exercise practices
Ability to teach clients with varying fitness and movement experience
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
Additional experience in Pilates equipment, mat Pilates, or other movement disciplines is an asset.
