As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will have a critical role in managing compensation and advantages programs while conducting market research. Your expertise in data analysis will support TVO’s mission to enrich communities through education. Looking for someone with 3-5 years’ experience in HR or Total Rewards, this position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and administer Total Rewards programs
• Manage annual compensation and performance bonus cycles
• Perform payroll and benefits audits for compliance




• Support Labour Relations in collective bargaining
• Analyze compensation data to ensure market competitiveness

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Total Rewards or HR Analyst role
• Degree in Human Resources Management
• Professional designation (CCP, CEBS) preferred
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Experience with HRIS and auditing processes
