Conuma Resources seeks an experienced HR Advisor to support admin tasks across the employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and data reporting. A robust background in mining HR compliance, BC regulations, and HRMS systems is essential.
The position follows a 7-days on / 7-days off 12-hour rotation in Northeastern BC. Base salary ranges from CAD 85,000 to CAD 100,000 per year with bonuses, RRSP matching, comprehensive extended health and dental benefits,
