Enhance youth lives as a Youth Support Worker with 360°kids. Provide vital assistance, crisis intervention, and housing support in a dedicated role focusing on at-risk youth.

This position involves working directly with up to four youth in the Connections Program. You'll assess their housing needs, help create case plans, and connect them with services such as mental health and addiction support. Your role is crucial in breaking cycles of poverty and facilitating weekly resident meetings to foster community communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with youth on case plans and goals
• Assist with housing searches and needs assessments
• Make appropriate referrals to specialists and support systems




• Facilitate weekly resident meetings for feedback and updates
• Conduct exit interviews and maintain HIFIS documentation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field
• Minimum three years’ experience with at-risk youth
• Knowledge of HIFIS and VI-SPDAT is an asset
• Solid communication and counselling skills
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
