We're a diverse operation specializing in row crops - including potatoes and corn - and a robust livestock program featuring beef cattle, poultry, and swine, all supported by our on-site feedmill. We value designs that are effective, durable, and easy to maintain in a real-world environment.### The RoleWe're looking for a full-time Design Engineer / Draftsman to work directly with our lead design team to bring "easy but smart" agricultural solutions to life. In this collaborative role, you'll help bridge the gap between a good idea and a finished product. This role is well suited for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and enjoys solving complex design challenges in a hands-on,
