Your mentorship and licensing path
You will begin in a supervised support role, follow a structured mentorship program and take on more responsibility as your knowledge grows. You will be expected to work toward the appropriate RIBO or OTL licence and transition into a broker role once properly licensed.

What you will learn and do

Support licensed brokers with client files, documentation, follow ups and service

Learn our systems, workflows, insurance products, carrier requirements and compliance standards





Gather and organize client information and prepare files for review by licensed staff

Participate in structured training, coaching, licensing preparation and progress reviews

Build the communication and technical skills needed to advise clients professionally

Take on greater client and business development responsibilities after becoming licensed
