Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate installation and lifecycle management of IT assets
• Provide escalated support for hardware and software issues
• Maintain technology inventories and conduct audits
• Support cloud migration and technology improvement projects
• Monitor cybersecurity activities with managed service provider
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in Windows and Microsoft 365
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
