Ability to translate requirements from non-technical users to developers Ability to explain technical issues and constraints to non-technical users In depth knowledge of a Repo trading platform Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a global team split across several different locations and time zones Solid technical proficiency, including the ability to write scripts (e.g.
