- Monitor compliance with labour laws and internal policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of P&C; experience in manufacturing environments
- Solid knowledge of Quebec labour laws and compliance
- Robust communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, industrial setting
