About Clearspace Clearspace is re-imagining how office space is designed and built. We are a truly integrated design-build firm—design studio meets general contractor—focused exclusively on interior office environments. Our process deeply integrates design, construction, and technology that improves the client experience, reduces project complexity, and lowers overall cost.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role. As a Senior Project Manager you are both a project leader and a people leader. You are accountable for delivering an exceptional client experience, with projects completed on time and on budget.

You lead projects end-to-end, from early planning and design coordination through construction and closeout. You act as the primary client point of contact and are fully accountable for each project's schedule, profitability, and outcomes. As a team lead, you co-lead a delivery pod alongside a Lead Designer, overseeing a team that typically includes a Designers, Project Manager(s) and Project Administrator(s).

You own and manage a portfolio P&L;, balancing client value, team capacity, and financial performance. Lead pre‑construction activities, including feasibility, budgeting, estimating, tendering, and schedule development,

in close coordination with the design team. During construction, partner with the Site Supervisor to ensure tight project administration, proactive issue resolution, and explicit client communication.

Manage change effectively by evaluating scope, schedule, budget, and quality impacts, securing approvals, and documenting decisions. Own portfolio-level profitability and resourcing by aligning staffing plans, workload, and fee structures to project demands, ensuring the right people are on the right projects. 10+ years of experience in commercial interiors project management, with a strong background in construction management. ~ A degree in engineering, design, construction management, or a related field. ~ Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. ~ Expertise in managing project budgets and P&Ls.; ~ Experience using Procore or an equivalent construction management software. ~ A talent for building strong professional relationships that can lead to future business opportunities. ~ Leadership qualities that inspire trust and confidence among your team members.

Experience managing a team.
