- Establish financial compliance and internal control standards
- Lead development of internal control frameworks (ICFR)
- Design risk-based compliance monitoring programs




- Provide oversight for funding agreements and compliance
- Assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies Requirements:
- CPA with minimum five years’ experience in financial compliance
- Solid knowledge of internal control frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership
- Experience in high-volume, complex environments
