As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll support various HR functions in a manufacturing setting. Key activities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and health & safety initiatives. You will be a vital link between HR and everyday operations, ensuring employee engagement and compliance with HR policies while managing records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment activities and interview schedules
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Maintain confidential employee records and documentation
• Support employee training and health & safety programs
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Experience with HRIS and employee lifecycle support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
