Join the LSD Agriculture and Food Laboratory under the Chemistry Unit, where you'll lead residue and trace contaminant analysis on diverse matrices. You will set up and operate advanced laboratory instrumentation, such as GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS systems. A focus on meticulous quality assurance and precise documentation is essential in keeping with ISO 17025 and OECD GLP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
• Coordinate weekly testing schedules with the team
• Adhere to GLP project Study Plans consistently
• Oversee laboratory assistant activities for various projects
• Conduct method improvements and validation testing
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Chemical Technology or Chemistry
• One year related experience or equivalent education
• Thorough knowledge of analytical chemistry
• Proven experience with chromatographic equipment
• Solid organizational and communication skills
