Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) is seeking a Pharmacist to provide patient-focused pharmaceutical care for inpatients and selected outpatients in a dynamic hospital setting.
You will ensure protected, effective medication use, participate in dispensing responsibilities, and collaborate with physicians, nurses and the health team to optimize outcomes. Must hold a PharmD/Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and be licensed in Ontario.
