The role provides Tier 1 and 2 end-user support for internal staff, including in office and remote desktop assistance, server and network maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams. The ideal candidate will have a university degree or college diploma in Computer Science or related field, strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, and experience with SolarWinds, ticketing systems, and cloud
