Job Description Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers and technical team members.

Solution Architecture & Design Architect, design, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Case Management solutions using both out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development.

Design scalable and secure enterprise solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.

Develop architecture artifacts, including contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical solution designs.

Define technical roadmaps, integration patterns, and solution deployment strategies.

Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Development & Delivery Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to refine and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Develop detailed technical designs, sprint plans, and work breakdown structures within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.





Build and configure Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, plugins, and integrations.

Design and implement APIs and integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.

Lead functional workstreams and coordinate activities across developers, testers, business SMEs, and project teams.

Support application deployments, releases, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support.

Integration & Cloud Services Design and implement integrations using Azure services and enterprise integration patterns.

Develop cloud-native solutions utilizing Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, App Services, Storage Services, and Key Vault.

Ensure solution scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.

Ops & Quality Assurance Lead CI/CD implementation using Azure Dev

Ensure adherence to software engineering principles, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

Manage development environments and support large-scale solution deployments.
