POSITION SUMMARY The People Services Specialist is a key member of the People & Culture team, providing HR operational support across the organization.

This role supports recruitment and selection, employee and labour relations, HR policy and program administration, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Leveraging strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, this position helps ensure accurate execution of HR processes and contributes to a positive workplace. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Coordinates and administers the recruitment and selection process including approvals, determining method of recruitment, preparation of job postings/advertisements, schedule and conduct interviews, reference checks, and prepare and negotiate employment offers.

Maintain recruitment database, track recruitment tasks and statistics of recruitment.

Investigate alternate recruitment solutions and work with Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development Team as required to ensure recruitment needs are met.
