We are helping a growing and highly innovative financial services organization with a new Java Engineer to join their Payments Technology team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who enjoys solving complex problems, wearing multiple hats, and gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies, projects, and business functions.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, product teams, operations, compliance, and engineering stakeholders to help build and enhance critical payment platforms supporting ACH, Wires, Real-Time Payments (RTP), Fed

Now, and other contemporary payment networks.

We're looking for someone who is resourceful, entrepreneurial, curious, and excited by the chance to make a visible impact within a fast-moving environment.

What you will do and how you will make an impact … You will play a key role in the development and evolution of modern payment processing platforms that support critical banking and financial transactions.

In this position, you will: Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

Work across the full software development lifecycle,



from requirements gathering and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, QA, and engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable payment solutions.

Develop integrations with banking partners, third-party providers, and internal systems.

Support highly reliable, secure, and compliant transaction processing platforms.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to monitoring, observability, and operational excellence efforts alongside Dev

Ops and production support teams.
