This full time role requires a strategic approach to translate business needs into innovative solutions. Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess processes and identify technology improvements, focusing on tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Workday to maximize their impact. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders to assess processes and define requirements
- Analyze needs and recommend scalable, compliant solutions
- Prioritize automation and AI tools for improved efficiencies

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or IT
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, including Workday configuration
- Experience with automation and People & Culture applications
- Familiarity with change management and training materials
- Knowledge of privacy and security in tech solutions
