Our Culture: We serve people for a living — and we do it with curiosity, compassion and an appetite for culture. We attract people who are hungry to grow and excited to be part of something real.

The Role:

If you care about food, beer, cocktails, art and music — and take genuine pride in great hospitality — this is where you need to be. We're looking for someone who brings energy to every shift, knows their way around a drinks list and genuinely loves taking care of people. Whether you're looking for full-time hours or just a few shifts a week, there's a good chance we have a spot for you. Availability matters, but we'll make it work.

What We're Looking For

- An outgoing, fun and engaging personality
- A robust sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Product knowledge in liquor, wine and beer
- A genuine passion for hospitality, service and food

The Perks:

- Staff meals on shift
- Partner discounts at local retail outlets
- No line, no cover at all Freehouse Collective venues
