We are currently recruiting for Service Coordinators to support our clients across the Tri-Cities region, including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. A successful candidate would be one that comes from a background of HVAC and/or mechanical contracting and fluent in scheduling/dispatching HVAC technicians to jobsites with excellent communication skills & the ability to pivot with changes. 3+ years of administrative/coordinator experience within theHVAC and/or Mechanical industry ~2+ years of service dispatching, scheduling in a mechanical or field service environment ~ Willingness to learn & support a team ~ Adaptable with the ability to pivot with changes that arises on jobs Answer all customer & service inquiry calls incoming Dispatching (3+) Service Technicians with the necessary parts to perform the job Constant communication with Technicians on the jobs & supporting them: tracking parts,



obtaining appropriate customer approvals Optimize resource utilization by coordinating multiple service requests based on urgency Following-up with customers on updates & service resolution process Anticipating and planning for increases/decreases in service volumes, shifting resources in response to seasonal and other fluctuations. Recording and distributing information to appropriate departments, including site information, service issues, sales opportunities, dispatch activities, and workplace safety issues in our internal systems.

Coordinating office and warehouse activities, managing shipments, inventory, and office supplies. Maintaining job and administrative files, formatting reports, managing work reports, and taking meeting minutes.

Managing

Technicians and fleet maintenance schedules. Providing scheduling and logistical support for meetings, events, travel, field schedules, and reservation arrangements.
