Family Preservation Worker Full
Time 35 hour per week Posting Closes: As our Family Preservation Worker, you will provide quality and accountable services to children and families who are involved with the Ministry of Children & Family Development (MCFD) and those requiring extra support. This program is responsible for the development and implementation of individual, community, family and cultural health and wellness prevention programming. Perform assessments, implement goal plans and collect data and charting on progress Develop community programming based on demonstrated need and program objectives as outlined in funding contracts, community plans and individual goal plans.
Provides services to clients supported by evidence, research and multidiscipline expertise on the wide range of health, social, and program specific issues related to health care services within First Nation communities and CSFS clinics. Collaborates with other multidisciplinary team members and physicians to facilitate an inter-skilled approach to standards of practice with a focus on promoting team-based care.

In addition to base salary, CSFS offers an excellent total rewards package, including unique, generous, flexible time off options that promote work-life-family balance, a Municipal Pension Plan (defined benefit with an employer contribution of 9.31% after the eligibility period), and extended health and dental benefits. The target hiring range for this position is $32.85 to $42.54 per hour.
