Our client, a well-established distribution company in Mississauga, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join their team. - Consistent daytime schedule, Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and 7am to noon on Friday (depending on workload)

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Receive incoming shipments and accurately process inventory
- Perform inventory put-aways and maintain organized warehouse storage




- Ensure production and warehouse teams have the required inventory to fulfill work orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Coordinate courier pickups and outbound shipments using shipping software
- Process transactions within the company's ERP and inventory management systems
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Safely operate Counterbalance and Raymond Reach forklifts
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
- Work closely with other departments to support operational and customer service objectives
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as required

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of Shipper/Receiver experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Current and valid Forklift Certification (Counterbalance and Raymond Reach)
- Solid experience operating forklifts in a busy warehouse setting
- Experience using ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable transportation to the Mississauga location is considered an asset
