You will tune guests’ equipment, ensure accurate binding adjustments, and maintain the rental fleet. A commitment to quality work and guest satisfaction drives everything in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Tune and repair ski and snowboard equipment
- Install and adjust bindings accurately
- Maintain and service the rental fleet
- Assist in the rental shop as needed
- Respond to service shortfalls promptly

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of ski/board repair experience
- Enjoyable interaction with guests
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
- Stamina for long periods on your feet
