We are looking for Slovak speakers to join an international Customer Support team within the travel and hospitality sector.

The opportunity includes support for candidates moving to Greece and, following the initial training period, the possibility to work remotely from within Greece.

Your Role

You will assist Slovak-speaking customers with their travel and reservation-related needs, providing friendly and skilled support throughout their experience.

- Support customers via phone, email and chat
- Assist with reservations, changes, cancellations and general enquiries
- Help resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Provide clear and accurate information
- Handle different customer situations with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
- Use internal systems to manage customer requests and interactions
- Deliver a positive customer experience

Your Profile

- Fluent Slovak (C1/C2)
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Customer-focused and comfortable helping people
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail or another customer-facing role is an advantage
- Motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
