Lead the snow school with a focus on staff and guest experiences as a Snow School Operations Supervisor. This role requires effective leadership and hands-on coordination of programs and staff duties. In this supervisory position, collaborate with management to deliver exceptional skiing experiences.

You will inspire staff and manage various non-teaching responsibilities, ensuring effective lesson assignments and guest satisfaction. On top of scheduling and budgeting tasks, training Ski + Ride School staff in operational guidelines is key. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily leadership and inspiration to staff and guests
- Delegate and assign non-teaching tasks effectively
- Ensure efficient lesson assignments between guests and instructors
- Assist management in staffing schedules and approvals
- Teach skiing lessons according to guest needs

Requirements:

- Active CSIA/CASI/CANSI Level 3 certification
- Two years of supervisory experience
- High integrity and adaptability in various situations
- Physical fitness to ski or ride
- Strong knowledge of Ski + Ride programs
