Canadian Mental Health Association Durham is seeking a dedicated lead for the Community Homes for Chance (CHO) program. You will monitor compliance, provide guidance to homeowners, and ensure that CHO operations align with recovery-oriented clinical standards.
Reporting to the CHO Lead, you will coordinate program activities, support clinical staff, maintain documentation, manage waitlists, and collaborate with community partners to connect residents with appropriate services.
