Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance across the school premises
• Manage external lettings and maximize utilization opportunities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management protocols




• Respond to on-call duties and flexible working hours as needed
• Lead and motivate the domestic staff team within the school

Requirements:
• Proven experience in domestic management or caretaking
• Clean driving license required; D1 entitlement preferred
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding children and promoting welfare
