This role is responsible for managing complex litigation matters, providing strategic legal analysis, and supporting clients through all stages of the litigation process.

The ideal candidate brings strong advocacy skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a broad range of litigation files from initial assessment through resolution Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, briefs,



affidavits, and other legal documents Prepare for and attend discoveries, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials Represent clients in court and other dispute resolution proceedings, as applicable Develop case strategies, assess risk, and provide practical recommendations Review evidence, witness statements, and expert materials to support case preparation Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on litigation strategy and file management Support business development and client relationship activities as appropriate Mentor junior lawyers, clerks, or support staff as applicable
