Experience supporting end-to-end permit lifecycle management, including application intake, review and approval workflows, permit issuance, amendments, renewals, inspections, compliance monitoring, and document generation.





Experience leading Agile/Scrum development teams.

Proven experience in Technical Lead or Senior Developer roles.

Experience delivering solutions in public sector or large enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies. 2.

Technical Skills & Architecture (35%) Experience designing and developing solutions using Azure services such as: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, App Services, Key Vault, Azure Storage Experience creating architecture artifacts including contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical designs.
