Hello, Job Title: OverIT FSM (Field Service Management) Techno-Functional Consultant Client: Liberty Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada Onsite - 5 days/ week Or Hybrid [Onsite - 3 days/ week, remote - 2 days/ week] Onsite / Hybrid (no remote) Rate: $90 CAD Duration: Long-term (1 year) Visa: Any Visa Job Description: Role overview: We are looking for an OverIT FSM Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, and support of the OverIT Next-Gen Field Service Management (FSM) platform for clients in utilities, , energy, , and oil & gas industries.

This role bridges business requirements and technical execution — translating customer field-operations needs into scalable, configured solutions on the OverIT platform.

Must-Have Skills 3–7+ years of experience in Field Service Management (FSM) implementation or consulting; hands-on OverIT platform experience strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of FSM domain concepts: work order management, scheduling/dispatch optimization, mobile workforce management, and linear asset industries (utilities, telecom, energy).

Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) connecting FSM to CRM/ERP/GIS/IoT systems.





Working knowledge of GIS concepts and tools (ESRI/ArcGIS integration is a plus).

Familiarity with mobile app configuration and offline-first application design.

Robust analytical and requirement-gathering skills; ability to translate business needs into system configuration. SQL and basic scripting/data-handling skills for configuration, migration, and troubleshooting.

Excellent client-facing communication skills; ability to run workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.

Prior experience in utilities, telecom, transportation, or oil & gas sectors is a plus.
