Deer office is looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join the Assurance & Accounting team and own the following responsibilities: Effectively and efficiently handle audit tasks independently or within a team environment Efficiently prepare year-end engagements and tax returns for your clients in a variety of industries Perform audits on a variety of organizations, prepare working papers and financial statements per regulatory standards Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team clients describe you as positive, qualified, and delivering high quality work You identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clients You share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains & attracts talent You actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace You grow your expertise through learning and professional development. You are in the process of pursuing your CPA designation. You have 1-2 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry.

You enjoy working with high growth and dynamic private and publicly-listed enterprises. You are keen to develop further knowledge about the business, assurance and regulatory requirements of publicly-listed entities and private businesses. You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
