Qualifications and Experience Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification and Registration in good standing

Completion of Ontario’s Principal Qualification Program Part 1 (PQP Part 2 is an asset)Minimum of 5 years teaching experience and significant leadership experience in education

Additional qualifications and/or leadership experience related to Early Years, Literacy, Mathematics, Special Education, or Curriculum would be considered an asset

Knowledge of effective instructional practices, data-informed decision-making, and school improvement planning Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Strategic thinker with a demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and student success outcomesA commitment to fostering positive relationships and supporting staff well-being Additional Requirements





Ability and willingness to travel across the district and attend meetings as required Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
